Bear Cub Club

Today I remembered to take my camera and actually use it at Bear Cub Club. This is an activity we do almost weekly at Lynn Meadows Discovery Center. They have a wonderful teacher Ms. Cathy, she is a retired 2nd grade teacher. During the 1 1/2 class they do puzzles, pretend/dress-up, sing songs, dance, read stories & end in a craft. Today was all about eating healthy and our craft was a silly face out of fruit shapes, banana, oranges, broccoli and a strawberry. Wil thought it was hallarious and called his the "Banana Man"





One of the kids favorite songs goes like this, "Throw you Teddy Bear and catch, Turn around, Turn around, JUMP! JUMP! JUMP!...Put him on your head and walk around the room..."


Today Wil was lucky and had his good friend, Megan, with him and this is them playing in the canoe. It is a real canoe that you sit in and paddle, and it projects you onto a TV screan with a real river scene in the back ground. I have no idea how it works but as you paddle on way it actually has you turn and move down the stream! The kids think it is great, of corse this is when they were pretending a waterfall was coming! AHHHHHHHH!!!!
