I went to the Doctor today and am 3cm, so we're getting closer. Due to risk factors on the part of her and myself they don't want me to carry to far past my due date which was Aug 25 - Aug. 28 (more of a window then a date). Then we also have to consider the concern of the potential of Hurricane Gustav that has some tracts heading our way. After taking all this into account I will be checking into the hospital 11:30 PM tomorrow, Wednesday, in preparation for induction early Thursday morning.
My Mom arrived safely this evening, and the kids were so excited. Showed her all their toys and had so much fun playing with the little goodies she brought them.
There is no Internet at the hospital so Andy will try and post a picture of our little girl as soon as she arrives. Wish us luck!

Hang in there girl... I'm praying for you for the baby and for the storm
I've been thinking about you and Marian with that storm coming. Glad to hear that you don't have to wait any longer to meet your baby girl. Good Luck! Can't wait to see some pictures of her.
How exciting!! Have a safe and uneventful induction! I know you'll do great! To avoid the spinal headache, don't let them get you up out of bed a few hours after they remove the epidural. I bet Wil can't wait to meet his little sister. And so glad you're mom will be there to help! We'll see you when you get home from the hospital. Good Luck!
P.S.
Those prune pies kept me very regular!!
Good luck! Sending you some ELV's (easy labor vibes)~!
Sending really good vibes your way and hurricane repellent!!!
And ELV's too! Great idea, Meegan.
Good luck! Looking forward to seeing your little one!
Just checking in and wanted to wish you good luck.
